Comprised of two of Chicago’s most acclaimed producers Heat Detector & Afters Cool Society, the two who met several years ago decided to join forces in what could quickly become Chicago’s next big movement.
While both have their own identities, Plzen Academy is the name chosen to symbolize not only the neighborhood where the two became friends, but also where they started a musical movement which was inspirational for artists and musicians alike as they came in contact with many who made art and music not only out of love, but for survival.
It was already written at some point the two would have to form a network of artists having in the past working with the likes of Ryan Officer, Sean Hernandez, DJ Mar, Dr. Who, Layman, and recently working with other up and coming artists such as Deftone, producer/friend Ricco, and more.
Though PA started with the two, it has and will quickly continue to grow and expand into more members as Deftone and Avarice have quickly and unanimously been added to the roster.
